Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

**Delivery time and cost**
- Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 days after your order has shipped.
- Delivery is free on orders of $68 or more (2 pairs or more).
- For orders under $68, the delivery fee is $4.99.

**Tracking**
When your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email.

**Where we ship**
We currently ship to the United States only.

**Address errors and lost packages**
Please check your address carefully before you pay. If a package is lost or delayed, contact us at support@velunia-shape.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices and offers at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

**Orders and payment**
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your card details.

**Returns**
Returns and refunds follow our Refund policy.

**Liability**
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
