You can try VeluniaShape socks for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. If they are not right for you, contact us at support@velunia-shape.com within 30 days and we will arrange a size exchange or a full refund.

**How to return an item**
1. Email support@velunia-shape.com with your order number and tell us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
2. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
3. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

**Condition of returned items**
Socks that have been tried on or worn are accepted during the 30-day period.

**Refunds**
Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The shipping fee paid at checkout is not refunded. In some cases we may refund you without asking you to send the item back.

**Damaged or incorrect items**
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@velunia-shape.com within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
